SIA KRONUS respects your privacy, shall ensure the lawful processing of your data and undertake to protect your privacy in accordance with this privacy policy. Your consent: by applying for the vacancy, you agree that SIA KRONUS handles your personal data included in the CV and motivation letter. Upon the receipt of your application, SIA KRONUS acquires a legal interest in processing your application, evaluating the information provided in it, organising the meeting procedure, conducting the meeting and securing evidence supporting the legal course of the respective process. In the event of a dispute, the information obtained during the recruitment process may be used to demonstrate the legal course of the process in question.
When you apply for the announced vacancy, you provide your personal data. SIA KRONUS shall processes your data for the administration of staff recruitment, for example to refer to your application and contact you (invite to interviews). SIA KRONUS shall also process your data in order to evaluate your competence and compliance with the particular position. During interviews, SIA KRONUS may ask you to complete some tests to check your compliance with the announced vacancy.
SIA KRONUS shall use your e-mail to contact you during the recruitment process (for example, about receipt of your CV and motivation letter, about refusal, etc.), as well as a phone number to invite you to an interview.
If you choose to apply for the announced vacancy via social network accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn), SIA KRONUS shall process your data based on your consent. The information posted in your social network accounts will only be reviewed if it is necessary for the job in question, and only to the extent that it is necessary for you to fill the vacancy you have applied for.
Applying for a vacancy is voluntary and you choose what data you want to provide and to what extent. In some cases, depending on the vacancy, SIA KRONUS may ask for additional information necessary to evaluate your candidacy, such as your driving licence, desired work schedule, etc. You are responsible for the truthfulness of the information provided. If you provide information that is not required in the recruitment process, this information will not be taken into account.
Please note that we will only use your application data in the recruitment process for the vacancy you have applied for. If SIA KRONUS is planning to process your personal data for purposes other than those for which the data was originally collected, SIA KRONUS shall inform you before the processing begins and, if necessary, ask for your consent. For example, if your personal data is being processed in a recruitment process for a particular vacancy, in cases where SIA KRONUS believes that you would be suitable for another position in the company, SIA KRONUS may ask for your agreement to process your personal data in the future for another position.
If you have listed a reference provider, SIA KRONUS shall also process the contact information of the reference provider so that any references can be evaluated during the recruitment process.
You cannot participate in the recruitment process if you choose not to provide your personal data. You can only apply for a vacancy if you have reached 18 years of age.
Your personal data shall be stored in paper and digital form. The data shall be stored no longer than until the end of the tender for the announced vacancy.
If you have agreed to take part in the recruitment process for another vacancy in the future, SIA KRONUS shall store your personal data for no longer than 1 (one) year from the date of receipt of this consent.
Employees of SIA KRONUS shall process your personal data according to the volume of the personal data processing indicated for their work duties, in conformity with the requirements of personal data protection and other laws and regulations.
If any complaints are received about the recruitment process, the information obtained and processed during the recruitment process may be transferred to the law enforcement or supervisory authorities, as well as to the court.

SIA KRONUS shall obtain your personal data from you or from the client or potential client of SIA KRONUS.
Your personal data shall be stored as the data of the client’s employee/representative for 10 (ten) years after the expiration of the agreement. If the agreement provides for a warranty period that exceeds the above storage period, all personal data related to the agreement shall be stored until the end of the warranty period. If the agreement is necessary for legal proceedings longer than the aforementioned storage period, all personal data relating to the agreement shall be stored until adopting or enforcement of the final decision by the responsible authority.
Your personal data (as the data of the potential client’s employee/ representative data) shall be stored until the end of the tender/recruitment.
SIA KRONUS can transfer your personal data to auditors, state institutions (mainly the State Revenue Service), financial and legal advisers, data processors, for example, the IT maintenance companies, etc.
Your personal data shall not be sent to third countries or international organisations, except as provided for in the agreement or explicit consent of the parties.

SIA KRONUS shall process your personal data for the purpose of the protection of property and vital human interests, including life and health, as well as to prevent and detect illegal activities.
Video surveillance shall be conducted to control access to the territory of SIA KRONUS, ensure safety of the infrastructure, employees and clients of SIA KRONUS, including to prevent, detect and investigate the theft of objects belonging to SIA KRONUS, its employees and clients, prevent and detect physical threats to the safety of employees and clients of SIA KRONUS.
The video surveillance records shall be kept for 15 days from the day they were created, except if unlawful offences are established or law enforcement requests have been received that require additional processing of the video surveillance records for a certain period of time.
Only authorised persons may access video surveillance records for the purpose of processing personal data. Video surveillance records without a legal basis shall not be transferred to a third party; they can only be transferred to law enforcement authorities in accordance with the laws and regulations and to a security company that processes personal data, in accordance with the instructions of SIA KRONUS and may not be used for other purposes. The security company, based on the laws and regulations and the agreement, shall be required to protect your personal data.

Personal data may only be transferred to third parties to the extent and in the manner specified for the purposes of this policy, and to the extent that SIA KRONUS has the right or obligation to do so in accordance with the law or the agreement with you:
